What happens when I 1-Click Apply?

1-Click Apply

When you 1-click apply for a role, we use the information from your Talent Pool Profile to send your information directly into their Applicant Tracking System. It is the same as applying directly from their careers website except they will see you have come from Elpha - which our partner companies keep an eye out for! 

From there, it's similar to any other application process. The company will reach out if they'd like to continue the conversation! 

If you want to initiate a conversation, you can also Request an Intro to that company by selecting 'Request Intro' in the dropdown to the right of 'Apply' / '1-click apply'.
