What happens after I apply?

There are two options for applying to roles on Elpha: Apply takes you to the company's careers page to apply directly or 1-click apply automatically submits your application and lets the company know you came via Elpha. This is set by the partner company and their preferences! 

From there, it's similar to any other application process. The company will reach out if they'd like to continue the conversation! 

If you want to initiate a conversation, you can also Request an Intro to that company by selecting 'Request Intro' in the dropdown to the right of 'Apply' / '1-click apply'.
