What is a Talent Pool Profile?
Your Talent Pool Profile is a data set where you provide us with all the things that matter most to you when it comes to work. Whether you are passively or actively looking for a new role, we then use this information to send you interesting jobs that match your preferences.
It is different from your Elpha Profile, as it is not public and is only seen by the Elpha Talent Team and companies hiring on Elpha.
We use your Talent Pool Profile information to:
- Let you define what you're looking for before companies reach out: Partner companies can see your Talent Pool Profile. They use the information to understand and review what you are looking for in your next role before reaching out. It provides them an understanding of where you are located, what experience you have, your background and skillset, as well as your preferences for your next role. This helps both you and them save time!
- Save you time and send you interesting jobs: When you set up your profile, or when you update it, we send roles that match the preferences you've shared. These also live on your Job Dashboard.
- Match you with the right companies: The Elpha Talent Team acts as matchmakers. Based on the information of your Talent Pool Profile, we match you with companies that align with the culture and values you're looking for.
