What can I do with my Job Dashboard?

Once you join the Elpha Talent Pool, we set you up with a Job Dashboard where you can update your Talent Pool Profile information, see the roles that are a match for you, request introductions to companies, and get support from the Elpha Talent team as you move through the interview process. 

Your Job Dashboard will:

• Save you time by pulling specific roles that match your values and skills.
• Simplify your search by having one place to save, apply and track interviews.
• Make your job search a team sport. The Elpha Talent team gets notified as you enter the interview process with a company and we'll reach out to offer dedicated support.

My Matches

When you arrive at your job dashboard, you can view "my matches" which are roles that we think would be a good fit for you based on your Talent Pool Profile!

Clicking on any of the job tiles will open a new tab with that role so you can learn more about it and the company. 

If a role sounds interesting to you, click on the heart to save it to your dashboard. 

My Matches are updated weekly, so come back each week to see roles that we have chosen for you, as well as roles that match your profile.

Saved

Any roles you find anywhere on the Talent Pool will be saved in your jobs dashboard.

From here you can easily Apply, Request an Intro, or let us know if you applied or are interviewing with the company so that we can provide you resources and support at the stage you are in!

By tracking your interviews in the job dashboard, you can keep yourself organized and keep us in the loop, without having to CC hiring@elpha.com on your emails with the company (but you can keep doing that too!).
