Yes! You don’t need to be an Elpha member to join the talent pool. Here's more info on what Elpha is all about and how we define “women.”

We use an inclusive definition and welcome trans women as well as genderqueer and non-binary people who identify as women or femme. We rely on our members to sign up in good faith. If you decide the culture and mission is a fit for how you identify, you are invited to become a member.
